Food influencer and vlogger revealed he has lost around 34 kilograms over the past year, with less than ten kilograms left to achieve his goal. Expressing excitement, Singh also added his before and after pictures on social media website X, highlighting the visible change in his physique.
"Down 34 kilos this morning ... and operation 'firm up hanging skin' is almost complete, with just 9 kilos to go. It's been 12 months since I started this journey... #rockysingh #weightoff. PS: Same T-shirt from last year," he wrote on X.

Rocky refutes the use of Ozempic for weight loss

While most people congratulated him on his amazing feat, a follower asked if he had used Ozempic—a weekly shot that helps keep your blood sugar levels in control while also helping with weight loss. Calling it the "elephant in the room," Singh said, "Nope... and thanks for asking instead of accusing... still some decent wow left on Twitter - the others like to trash people's efforts and emotions. “Lose weight” were my mother's last words to me, so I'm doing it," he replied.

How did Rocky lose weight?

According to the 46-year-old, while being on the weight loss journey, he did enjoy his favourite foods; however, he reduced drinking alcohol.
"I gave ZERO issues - I enjoyed my eating and drinking alcohol and smoking. I have only reduced my eating and drinking temporarily... I haven't done this for anyone else or health reasons; I just did it because that's the last thing my mom said to me before I lost her," he said.
He also emphasised the importance of exercising, which helps not only in weight loss but also in keeping you fit and disease-free. “A healthy life begins with good nutrition as a child and lots of exercise and healthy eating in your youth. By 25, you either have a foundation or not. A healthy, active lifestyle is needed with lots of movement. Being overweight is not necessarily unhealthy. Skinny is also bad.”
